Roles & Responsibilities :

Proven expertise in managing large-scale RHEL environments at L3 level.

Deep understanding of Red Hat Satellite for patch automation, provisioning, andsubscription management.

Experience with OS upgrades, kernel patching, and performance optimization.

Troubleshooting complex issues across OS, network, and storage layers.

Implementing system hardening and compliance using SELinux, auditd, and securitybenchmarks.

Hands-on experience with RHEL clustering and HA configurations (Pacemaker,Corosync).

Automating operational workflows using Bash/Python scripting and Ansible.

Mentoring L1/L2 teams and maintaining accurate technical documentation.

Participation in incident, change, and problem management processes.
